ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
We are looking for an electrical designer to join our team. Place of work: IST (Italia Sistemi Tecnologici SpA), Modena.
The person will be an integral part of the Technical Department and will be responsible for:
• Designing the electrical and pneumatic components of IST machines (distillers and washing systems)
• Analyzing technical specifications for the purchase of materials
• Drafting/managing electrical/pneumatic bills of materials
• Coding the electrical/electronic/pneumatic components used in the management software
• Updating existing electrical diagrams and proposing improvements for future projects.
• Setting up the schematic machine board on the 2D layout
• Analyzing the costs of the systems and optimizing them in economic terms
• Working alongside the Production Manager – Systems to ensure that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget
Requirements:
• Technical training and experience in design activities
• Knowledge of English
• Excellent skills in electrical diagram design and electrical panel industrialization.
• Knowledge of safety regulations governing the installation of electrical systems (CEI standards), the Atex Directive, and a CAD design application package that the company will need to purchase (e.g., SPAC)
