The operation of IST spray washing systems is simple and automatic.
After the parts have been loaded, a pump draws liquid from the internal tank and sprays it at high pressure through numerous nozzles. The liquid strikes the surfaces to be cleaned with force, exerting a mechanical action which, combined with the chemical action of the product, removes dirt and regenerates the contaminated parts or components.
At the end of the cycle, the cleaned parts are ready to be removed and the used washing liquid is collected again and can be sent to a specific treatment system for reuse, thus minimizing the operating costs of the system.
