General operation

IST industrial evaporators evaporate wastewater at low temperatures, using the vacuum created by the vacuum system and a high-efficiency heat pump as the heat source.
The cycle involves:
Vacuum generation: The vacuum generated reduces the boiling point of water (35–40°C) and allows the liquid to be treated to be automatically fed into the boiler.
Boiling and evaporation: The wastewater is heated by the heat exchanger powered by the heat pump, causing the water to evaporate and leaving the impurities in the boiler.
Vapour condensation: The vapour is condensed into distilled water, ready for reuse in the production process.
Automatic residue management: the concentrated residue is collected in the boiler for controlled disposal.
