MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
We are looking for a mechanical designer to join our team. Place of work: IST (Italia Sistemi Tecnologici SpA), Modena.
The person will be an integral part of the Technical Department and will be responsible for:
• Designing the mechanical parts of IST machines (distillers and washing systems)
• Developing complex functional groups
• Analyzing technical specifications for the purchase of materials
• Drafting/managing bills of materials
• Coding components on management software
• Updating existing drawings and proposing improvements
• Analyzing the costs of the systems and optimizing them in economic terms
• Working alongside the Production Manager – Systems to ensure that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget
Requirements:
• Technical training and experience in mechanical design
• Knowledge of regulations governing the execution of plants and machinery
• Solidworks design application package
