Modena, Italy, July 21, 2023. IST (Italia Sistemi Tecnologici S.p.A.) has been awarded the status of “Prime Company.” This recognition of maximum commercial reliability for 2023 was granted by CRIBIS D&B.
The prestigious award from CRIBIS D&B, a company specializing in providing commercial information on Italian and foreign companies, was given to IST S.p.A., attributing it the highest level of reliability as a counterparty in a B2B commercial transaction.

CRIBIS D&B awards this recognition through its industry-leading CRIBIS D&B assessment, which uses numerous variables, including personal information, indices and financial statement data, company seniority, payment history, and the presence of negative information. The CRIBIS Prime Company award is recognized as the highest level of commercial stability assessment for an organization in Italy. It is awarded solely and exclusively to companies that maintain a high level of economic and commercial reliability.
